"Lost bag got sorted in the end"
My bag went missing, which was obviously frustrating, but these things can happen when you travel. It took a bit of time to get everything sorted, but they eventually found it and fixed the issue. Not ideal, but at least it was handled in the end

I tried using the app a few times and it just kept closing out on me. It was doing that thing again where it wouldn’t really load right, and it made it frustrating to use.

My Flair flight actually left right on time and even landed a little early, which was a nice surprise. Didn’t have to sit around dealing with the usual dumb delay drama. it went way smoother than I expected, so I’m happy with it.

My flight ended up getting cancelled and I had to reach out about the refund. They did help me in the end but it took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience just a bit slow.

"Refund was a bit slower than I expected"
I had to cancel my flight and put in a refund request. It did eventually come through, so no major issue there, but it took a couple of weeks and I had to follow up once. Maybe it’s just me, but I was hoping it would be a little quicker. Not a terrible experience, just kind of slow and a bit annoying.

"Payment issue got sorted out fast"
My card was charged, but the booking didn’t show up right away, so I was stressed and a bit annoyed. I kept refreshing like that would magically fix it, which obviously it did not.
I reached out to Flair and, to their credit, they handled it quicker than I expected. Got the confirmation after a little while and there wasn’t any extra drama. Not the smoothest start in the world, but support was helpful, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"The gate staff were rude and totally..."
The gate staff were rude and totally unhelpful. I felt rushed the entire time, like it was somehow my fault for asking basic questions. They made a stressful situation even more frustrating.

"Check-in was fine, just a little frustrating"
I checked in on Flair Airlines and it did work in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. The site felt kind of slow, and at one point I had to put in some of my info again, which was annoying... not the biggest deal, but still.

I eventually got my boarding pass after a few tries, so I can’t say it was awful. I just wish the steps were clearer, especially around bags and seat options. Overall, average experience, I guess...

The seat was more comfortable than I expected, and I managed to sleep through most of the trip. That said, it still felt a little cramped at times, so it wasn’t exactly amazing, but overall it did the job

I was happy with my experience using flyflair.com. The site loaded quickly, and I was able to find the flights I needed without feeling confused or having to click around forever.

I really appreciated how easy it was to compare dates and prices. Adding a bag and choosing my seat was straightforward too, and I’m grateful that everything felt clear instead of hidden or complicated.
Checkout was smooth, and my confirmation email showed up right away. For a budget airline website, it was much easier than I expected, and I’m thankful the whole booking process was so simple

"Helpful updates, even if the timing was a little confusing"
They did a decent job keeping me in the loop, which I appreciated. I was a little confused about the timeline at a couple points since the updates made it sound like things might happen sooner, then later, but at least I wasn’t left wondering completely. Not perfect, but the communication was better than I expected.

Boarding with Flair was okay overall, but it felt a bit more chaotic than what I’m used to with some other airlines. The line wasn’t super clear, and a few people around me were asking where they were supposed to go. The staff were friendly enough, but there just wasn’t much direction at the gate. Once they actually started calling the zones, things moved along well. Not a bad experience, just could’ve been a little more organized...

It had plenty of routes for the places I normally go, and it worked well for me overall. I haven’t really needed to contact customer service, which is probably for the best because I don’t usually trust those teams to be much help anyway.

"Baggage fees were clear"
I flew with Flair and honestly , the baggage fees were straightforward . I added my carry on when I booked , so there were no annoying surprises once I got to the airport . The price felt fair for what I needed . It was not a fancy flight or anything , but it did the job and saved me some money compared to other options .

"Great prices, but the phone wait is ridiculous"
The flights are definitely cheap, so i’ll give them that, but the call center wait time is Too much. I was on hold for almost 2 hours just to ask about changing something, and then I got cut off once too. When I finally reached an agent, they were actually fine and helpful enough, but getting to that point was such a hassle. Flair really needs to sort this out because not everyone has all day to sit By the phone...
